Grade 6

Students have do a project on a famous Canadian female in history. It is due Tuesday April 18.

Grade 6 students will have a unit vocabulary quiz on Thursday March 9 on the following words

1.Egalite

2.Droit de vote

3.Travail

3.Proteger les droits des femmes

4.la loi qui protege les femmes contre la discrimination.

Project

Grade 4 students are starting a project on a province or territory of their choice. It will be due Tuesday March 21. They are to label the capital in the correct spot, the symbol, the flag, 4 interesting facts and the year it became part of Canada. It can be on poster paper or slides and then shared with me. They will be presenting this in front of the class on Friday.

Grade 4 students are to know the names and capitals of the Canadian provinces and territories and to be bale to label them correctly. There will be a second test on this March 6. Please have students review.
